About me

Registered Member MBACP (Accredited)

As an integrative counsellor, I work collaboratively with my clients to uncover and harness their inherent strengths, guiding them toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My approach is flexible and tailored, drawing from a range of therapeutic methods to meet each client’s unique needs.

At the core of my counselling philosophy are the values of unconditional positive regard, congruence, and empathy. These principles guide every interaction, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where personal growth can flourish.

My diverse background and personal experiences have significantly shaped my work, especially in the areas of addiction, anxiety, guilt, shame, and self-esteem. Having navigated these challenges myself, I bring a deep understanding of the pressures that can lead to harmful coping mechanisms. My focus is on helping clients develop healthier strategies to manage these issues, always in a way that suits their individual needs.

While I have a particular interest in these areas, my commitment extends to supporting clients with any challenges they wish to explore. I am dedicated to providing the most effective and compassionate care possible.

I am a Registered Member MBACP (Accredited) and also offer Relational Seven-Eyed Supervision for fellow counsellors. This supervision aims to promote professional growth and development, enhancing relational dynamics and therapeutic effectiveness.
