First of all, I am grateful to have Marlon Rollins as my therapist. It had taken me all of my life to give therapy a try & since our first call he was very professional, held a safe space for us both and helped navigate rather complicated experiences with ease. He definitely holds space yet I also want to acknowledge how much he gives back in a rather small amount of time. Anyways, I am mostly encouraged to write this because of my mindset change. Before working with Marlon I never would’ve thought this to be helpful for me or that certain things could even change in my life. I just needed a bit more information and of course to have Marlon Rollins as my therapist!
So, thank-you Marlon for your work and from my perspective after each phone call I am more empowered to be present. Yet, I am sure it is from much much work you have done & I can only imagine how much.

Marlon listened, helped me map out some turmoil I was going through, got to the root of the problem, worked on reconditioning my relationship with the problem and gave me tools in the event I felt triggered. I left feeling more confident.
