I was a basket case after being sexually abused and ending up in a 24yr marriage to a malignat, grandiose narcissist. I was at the bottom. I started councilling with Nina about a year ago. It was hard work. But I listened and have slowly learned to change the way I thought about myself, as well as others. The councelling helped me see how to be stronger and more positive. I am so happy with all the material this site has to offer.

Nina is very understanding and easy to talk to, she has guided me towards so many helpful tools and resources like worksheets, classes, and group sessions that have made a significant impact on my self-realization and overall well-being.

She listens very closely to what you're saying and generates questions that make you view things from different perspectives. It helps with really learning more about yourself and being able to solve or at least reinforce positive ways of coping with said problems.

Very compassionate, validates my feelings and asks important probing questions to reach my own conclusions.

I’m pretty new to therapy as an adult and I’ve tried one other therapist who seemed pretty toxic and not at all what I needed in my life. So a few years go by and my life had led to needing all the help I could get. After my beloved best friend dog Guthrie passed away I was about as sad and low as you could possibly imagine. Fast forward to being ready, I found Nina. And it’s been a learning curve for me knowing how therapy works for me. I feel like I blab my head off and then I get anxious that I’m not doing it right!
