About me
Whether it's a struggle with anxiety, relationships issues, or past trauma we find ways to keep going. Yet, sometimes, there is still something lacking, unfinished or stale about our lives. Some of us have been surviving for so long we forgot that living is a possibility-or, maybe, never got the chance to live unencumbered in the first place. I love working with individuals to live empowered lives instead of merely surviving the days ahead.
I use an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from several therapeutic modalities. I work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan tailored for your individual needs and goals. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for a successful therapeutic experience.
I aim to provide space for you to explore your experiences, develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and create adaptive beliefs. If you are seeking support and guidance on your journey towards mental and emotional wellness I would love to partner with you!
