Becky is awesome. She let's me know when I am being too critical of myself or situations. She always let's me know when I may be overthrowing my situations wether I am right I wrong. She gives me gentle but affective guidance. Which helps me not be upset with what is going on. I never feel judged but always heard. She is the absolute best!

From her very first response to my first nervous message, Becky has made me feel like I have someone in my corner. She's not only helped me organize my own thoughts but has also helped me find other resources to help myself (reading materials, different mental exercises etc). She always seems interested in what I am going through, and helps me view things from different perspectives. It's truly a partnership I've benefitted from and would recommend her to anyone trying to get a safety net under what they're going through.

Becky has been the supportive and empathetic voice that I didn't know I needed. I didn't have any goals or intentions when I first joined BetterHelp, but Becky has helped me recognize who I truly am and what I truly want by listening to me and asking me questions that make me reflect on my needs and behaviors. I'm so grateful to have had her support during a time filled with uncertainty. I definitely feel like I am a stronger, calmer, better person.
