I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing mental health services for over 30 years. My focus is to assist clients to heal, accept and to overcome life’s challenges. The past decade has been dedicated solely to the provision of care to active-duty Soldiers. I use my experienced diagnostic skills in conjunction with a critical thought process to diagnose and to educate. I will assist each person in tailoring your individualized care plan and the steps required for living your best life now.
I am well trained and experienced in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (parts I and II), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Virtual Reality Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality, .
