About me
I am licensed in Wisconsin with 5+ years of professional work experience. My primary experience has been in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, behavioral addictions & coping with grief and loss. However, I have experience helping many clients from diverse backgrounds, settings, and ages. Most of my clinical work has been with youth ages 10-21. My greatest hope is to assist individuals and families in their recovery and help them navigate, overcome, and thrive amongst the challenges of everyday life. I have received training in various treatment models including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Brainspotting.
