About me
I appreciate the time to view my page. My name is Brianna Newman and I am a licensed professional counseling in the state of Arizona. I have four years of experience in the mental health field. I have completed my graduate degree at Ottawa University. I use a combination approach in my session space to ensure I am flexible in understanding the needs of each individual. I use a combination of emotionally focused therapy (EFT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) as my main approaches. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, & more. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking freedom and understanding of yourself takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
