Caitlin Riddle, LCSW
About me
Welcome. I'm so glad that you are here! I partner with clients- building a safe, open space where they can be themselves. My expertise is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma, and Grief. I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. When exploring loss, we hold space for your experiences and process in a way that speaks to you. In CBT, we replace that inner critic with your inner cheerleader. This creates powerful changes in perspective, emotions, and behavior. My approach uses the person-in-environment lens. I believe individual, family, community, and societal influences impact how we experience the world.
I use narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to support my work. I offer evening & weekend appointments to accommodate diverse schedules.
As my client, you will be celebrated, respected, and supported. Therapy is not a cookie-cutter endeavor. My clients and I construct treatment plans that uplift their individual strengths, aspirations, and talents. Whatever you want to explore, I'm there to walk with you.
