My name is Caitlyn Russell (she/her). I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Oklahoma with 8 years of experience working as a counselor. The therapy I provide is based in client-centered and family systems theories, while integrating other approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I am dedicated to helping individuals move through life's challenges to reach their goals, and to create happier and more fulfilling lives.
I currently work with individuals 18 and older. I also work with the LGBTQ+ community.
Education:
-Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy at Colorado State University
-Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Oklahoma State University
