I cannot recommend my therapist Carrie highly enough. She is an exceptional listener who truly makes me feel heard and understood during every session. Her attentiveness is unmatched, and she always ensures that our conversations are focused on my goals and needs.
What stands out most is her compassionate and understanding approach. No matter how big or small my concerns might seem, she creates a safe space where I can open up without fear of judgment. She also goes above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, which has made therapy feel accessible and stress-free.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your well-being and works with you to find solutions that fit your life, she’s the one to see!

Carrie is exactly who I've needed to talk to for a long time. I feel safe talking to her. She has heped me work through a lot of my trauma. We still have a long way to go, but I'm confident she will be by my side through it all. I am so grateful for how she has helped me.

You can tell she listens by the way she summarizes what you tell her. She was able to help me see things from very positive perspectives which helped me come out of my depression. The best part is that her advice and recommendations are given in a Christian context which is very helpful to those on a Christian journey.
