Carrie Schultz, LICSW
About me
I am licensed social worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients cope with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety & stress, relationship issues, & coping with life changes. I've also helped people who have lived through experiences of physical trauma and emotional abuse. In addition to social work, I also have experience as a teacher and practitioner of meditation and yoga, as well as a labor doula for women in pregnancy and childbirth. Both of these areas of study and practice inform and support my approach to therapy.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I believe that finding a good fit with a therapist is an important piece of the puzzle in achieving your goals. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I look forward to working with you!

Carrie's kindness and openness seem to seep right through the phone. She shows up present and ready to provide a safe space where patients can feel heard, validated, and supported. Very appreciative.
