Carrie is an extremely kind and caring person, who has helped me so much. She is very genuine, and tends to be soft spoken, but radiates so much warmth. She is patient but pushes me to dig deeper in our sessions but at my own pace. She has helped me develop more confidence in myself and helps me to advocate for myself. She is truly the best.

Carrie is such an amazing therapist, never been to therapy before and gave it a shot. With her, I didn’t regret it. She is really great to talk to. She gives off amazing energy and is very understanding. She’s a great teacher to have. I would 10/10 recommend Carrie!

After 3 therapists, I finally found THE ONE. She not only has encouraged me to do live video sessions but she’s also pushing my pain and myself from ignoring it. I truly believe and whole heartedly trust her. Carrie has already with one session opened my mind to releasing painful memories and also has helped me understand the true meaning of grief. I am 32 almost and I just understand that grief is 2 sided. It can be the good or the bad ! Anywho, whoever is reading this, trust me, definitely try her. Carrie is not like the other therapists. She truly is invested in you finding yourself and diving deep into your roots.

I have only had a couple of sessions with her, but she has already helped me so much by giving me some good advice. I also really appreciate her understanding.
