Reviews

Catherine’s way of working really fits my personality, and the ways I think through an issue. I prefer talking therapy, hashing out a lingering problem in real time & seeing what my blockers are. It’s been so insightful having a third party identify where my self doubt appears.
When I think of therapy - Catherine & her approach definitely epitomise it for me - a safe place, someone wise on the other end making you feel seen & giving you continued courage to be more open.

Catherine is a life saver, she guided me from the depths of despair and depression to a point where I feel almost bullet-proof to the challenges we all face in our lives. She helped me understand and accept myself, build self-esteem and confidence and rediscover who I really am, learning to truly love myself for the first time in my life and realise that I am actually good enough.
Catherine has helped alleviate feelings of anger and frustration, and helped me grow and develop as an adult for the first time in my 45 years. She helped me realise that the trauma that I suffered as a child can be healed and that I don't have to hide and live in fear any longer. This has given me confidence to take on new challenges and different roles, re-negotiating all of the relationships I have in my life for the better.
Catherine has helped me to completely change my view of myself, the world and other people around me and I will eternally grateful for this paradigm shift in my existence.

I've seen many therapists but Catherine had a read on my situation the fastest. Within one session she was giving me advice that made me be able to address the things going on in my life in logical steps without mentally damaging myself or others any further. She gave me the confidence to untwist my mind and get through a hard patch within a few weeks. I cant thank her enough for listening, empathising, and finding real solutions and I would highly recommend her to anyone close to the brink.
