About me
I'm a LCSW with over 8 years of experience in social services specializing in treating adults and couples with anxiety, depression, life transitions, life's stressors, family/relationship issues and a host of other events that could be affecting your overall mental health. I've in the social services/therapeutic field for over 8 years and I strive to meet my clients where they are and support you during your journey to healing and growth. Working together we’ll focus on healthy coping mechanisms, personal growth, and regaining control over your life. You’ll be encouraged to establish realistic goals and confront the internal battle that you may be facing. I use a laid back, talk therapy approach that is conversation based while also incorporating CBT, Mindfulness therapy and solution focused interventions. During our sessions I will develop behavioral strategies specifically tailored to you. I strive to be the catalyst needed to promote the self-growth and positive change you desire to see in your life. I worked with Chelley for almost one year. She helped me with my anxiety and self confidence. Chelley also helped me navigate many difficult transitions in my life. I would recommend Chelley to anyone seeking help with anxiety, life transitions, family issues, or stress. I am so thankful that she was my therapist.

Chelley has been unimaginably helpful and a true blessing in my life over the past year. She’s one of the main reasons I continued with my fight through therapy. I’ve healed in so many ways and have made steps to create the life I deserve. The best thing about her is that she believed in me and was firm and supportive. She is a true blessing and soldier in what she does. She validates me with a bitter truths and gentle reminders and I truly value her support.
