Chelsea is an excellent therapist. I had a lot of concern coming in to this, she was the first therapist I've ever had. Either I got really lucky or Betterhelp has the best therapists. She often tells me something that stops me in my tracks and makes me think. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes it's emotional, but it always helpful.

Chelsea has helped me to dig into and reflect on parts of my identity and self that I otherwise would not have. Although it is not always comfortable in the moment, I feel safe exploring these ideas with her and I know I am better for having done it.
