I've dealt with depression and anxiety for many years of my life, all the way to childhood. I recently started started having some pretty bad moments with depression and being someone who has had suicidal thoughts in the past, I knew I needed to reach out for help before my feelings got to that level. I was directed to BetterHelp through my insurance at work and was paired with Daisy. She has been an absolute Godsend. She was kind, took the time to listen to me, and validated my feelings. Daisy never made me feel insecure about what I was going through, nor did I feel like a burden. She helped me through the process of getting to a psychiatrist to help with medication maintenance. Through Daisy's help and my toolbox, I'm better equipped to handle my emotions, my depression, and anxiety. I would recommend her to anyone who is going through a tough time and needs some extra support. Thank you, Daisy, for helping me see the light at the end a little more clearer!
