My primary focus is though an existential lens. Figuring out what it is that we see as our purpose, and whether or not what we are doing lines up with that, is a huge step in understanding the possible dissonance we are experiencing. Pair this understanding with the tools we need to navigate, informed by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am hopeful that together, we will be able to make change.
