About me

I am licensed in Vermont with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & coping with grief and loss. One of my specialties is working with survivors of suicide loss or providing postvention support after a traumatic experience. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
