About me
I am licensed in North Carolina with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, older adults (trauma, grief/loss), caregiver burnout, sexual and gender identity related issues, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. Particularly with older adults and reprocessing traumatic events that may surface from childhood or early adulthood, later in life. However, I have experience working with primarily adults 18+.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges that impact day-to-day life.
