Dianna Hinshaw , LPC
About me
As a compassionate and eclectic dual licensed therapist, I specialize in supporting women who are navigating codependent behaviors and seeking to reclaim their sense of self. My approach is rooted in a diverse array of therapeutic models, chosen to meet your unique needs as you work towards healthier relationships and self-empowerment.
I offer a blend of modalities, including strength-based confidence training, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and life coaching. My goal is to foster a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to explore and challenge patterns that may be holding you back.
In my work with women experiencing codependency, I focus on helping you develop self-awareness and break free from the cycle of people-pleasing and self-sacrifice. Whether you need support in setting boundaries, building self-confidence, or pursuing personal and professional goals, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I understand that change requires both encouragement and accountability. That’s why I offer teletherapy and virtual life coaching, allowing us to connect conveniently via video. This means no more battling traffic or losing precious time traveling.
As your professional counselor with a life coaching approach, I offer a supportive yet empowering environment to help you identify and overcome unhelpful patterns. Together, we will develop effective strategies for personal growth, focusing on strengthening your sense of self. My goal is to help you assert your needs, pursue your aspirations, and create a fulfilling life on your own terms.

Dianna is an amazing therapist. She helped me in more ways that I could ever convey in a review. Her understanding and listening skills are top notch. She really helped me understand the root of my feelings and reactions. I, without a doubt, would not have made such great progress in sobriety without her guidance and support.
