I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. She's absolutely wonderful!! I really feel to talks not only to do her job well, but to know me as a person. She's more then just a therapist. She's a woman I can trust and know she really cares about me and my wellbeing.
