Evette Rowley, LPC
About me
As a dedicated mental health therapist with over twelve years of experience, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. I hold a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and am licensed in Wisconsin. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based practices, allowing me to tailor my clinical techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress, and I have a passion for working with adolescents and LGBTQ+ individuals.
Outside of my practice, I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest research in mental health. I also enjoy traveling, writing, yoga and anything outdoors, which enriches my understanding of the human experience.
I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
