Welcome! I am so glad you have taken the first — and most difficult step — of reaching out. I have over five years' experience in intimacy therapy and all the themes to which it relates: addiction, relationships, stress and anxiety, depression, and things people turn to as initially adaptive coping mechanisms. I am a lifelong New Yorker and finished at the top of my graduate-school class studying Advanced Clinical Practice at Columbia University. I promise that I will devote every ounce of my capabilities to help process your unique journey and what it all means. Together, we will set short-term, measurable goals while also collaborating on getting to the roots of issues at a pace that is most comfortable for you. Over the course of my career, I have developed an affinity for working with those seeking mental-health counseling for the first time (or returning to therapy after taking an absence), as I believe that my gentle and empathetic manner make for a good match.
