About me

Making yourself a priority comes first in taking care of your mental health and I am here to help you in your journey to feeling better and learn ways to increase mindfulness and create a positive energy that will bring you to a new level of wellness. With over 27 years experience in two states, I have worked in both mental health and addictions and I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make in the work that they do as they empower themselves. By using CBT, DBT, and solution focused evidenced based practices, the research is there to prove that these practices are successful in helping you on your recovery journey. In my work with all age groups, I have been able to see how these skills and practices can help to create wellness and mindfulness in order to feel better.

Helen is a wonderful therapist. She is knowledgeable and has been instrumental in helping me dive into my trauma. She listens, makes me feel safe, doesn't judge, and has the skills to help me make sense of things. 11/10 best therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with
