Our sessions have help me go from an initial pretty vague understanding of a set of issues to a much more focused articulation of the issues and a different, actionable way of thinking about them. That has come from a combination of good questions and directions, useful homework, and good insightful summaries of things we have covered. She is also comfortable challenging my narrative of things, which is essential.
