About me
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with children and adolescents, helping them—and their families—navigate the challenges that come with mental health concerns. My journey spans various settings, including private practice, group homes, inpatient mental health facilities, and partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient programs. This diverse background has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of the unique needs of young people at every level of care.
I’m particularly passionate about empowering parents with effective strategies to support their child’s mental health journey. I approach treatment with compassion and empathy, creating a safe, supportive space for families and children alike. At the same time, I believe that growth often happens outside our comfort zones, and I take a direct approach to encourage my clients to push those boundaries and unlock their potential.
Whether you’re a parent seeking guidance or a young person needing support, I am here to help you build resilience and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
