Jennifer is extremely wise and creates a safe space to process emotions and heal my younger self. She is knowledgeable about a combination of therapies that are extremely effective for many things, but for me, especially attachment trauma. EMDR and parts work with Jennifer has saved me and helped me transform into a version of myself I didn’t know existed. She is truthful and gentle, and her guidance during EMDR helps you to feel and process emotions in a way I’ve never experienced. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone needing help to work through trauma. Not only does she guide you she helps you believe in yourself and your true potential, if you are willing to listen.

Though I have only had 2 sessions so far, Jennifer has already made me feel heard and respected and has already provided helpful tips and coping strategies. It feels likes she is a good match for me and the issues I am facing. I would recommend Jennifer to others.
