About me
I provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your challenges and struggles without fear of judgment. As a BACP registered counsellor with over 13 years of experience, I have helped clients with various issues, including relationship problems, family issues, grief and loss, stress and burnout, and mental health issues. My counselling approach is person-centred, meaning that we focus on what matters to you. I also use other techniques, including strengths-based, solution-focused, systemic, and trauma-informed approaches, to help you cope with difficult events from your past.
Counselling with me can help you understand yourself better, develop healthy coping skills, and cultivate a kinder attitude towards yourself and those around you. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities and work in an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergence-affirming way. If you want to discuss anything, please get in touch with me, and we can work on your goals together.

Has helped me move arguably mountains in a short period of time, and now and then there is an avalanche, but she reassures me I'm only human and is nice to have someone to talk too about my life.

Jenny is always on time, she’s not in rush and always has enough time to spend with me. She listens to me and remembers everything we discussed. I can tell she really cares and is super nice and understanding.
