My approach is client-focused, to learn about each client's unique concerns using evidence based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
