I am licensed in Texas with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress/anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, & coping with life changes. I have experience in video and phone call therapy. Much of my work over the years is trauma related. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion.
