Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Joshua Lenox. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Joshua is terrific! He is kind, funny, professional and he puts me at ease while challenging me to address what needs to come to light. I’m my session last week my computer glitched and I couldn’t hear Josh. He carried on with our session and communicated in mime and spelling words with his fingers! I laughed so hard and appreciated his efforts and perseverance. He definitely went above and beyond!

Joshua is awesome. So down to earth, funny, non-judgmental and truly just a great human being. I feel like I'm talking to a close friend I've had for years and can truly open up. Grateful to have him as a therapist.

Josh has been a great benefit to me. I am so happy that I was able to connect to a therapist on BetterHelp that really listens, understands, and gets me to think of things in different ways. Since working with Josh I feel able to handle situations instead of having situations control me. My anxiety has decreased and my mood has been better. I have been working with Josh for approximately 4 months and before that one of the options suggested by my doctor was medication for anxiety and depression. This was not something I wanted to do. With the help of Josh I have not had to do any of that. Our therapy sessions have steered me in a positive direction and he has given me tools to work through situations in a functional way that feels good. I really am so happy that I decided to try BetterHelp and I feel extremely fortunate that I was connected to such a caring, supportive and well rounded therapist. He is a real blessing for me!

Josh helped me through the grieving process after my dad passed. He’s very light hearted and fun. He eases the tension for newcomers to therapy, I’m sure for anyone else too, and it became very easy to open up to him. I would recommend Josh, thank you for your help man.

He patiently lets you speak. While absorbing the entirety of what you're saying, he follows up by thoughtfully asking you questions that may you think inward and from angles you haven't been aware of.
