About me

Welcome.
My name is Judy Goldman and it is my pleasure to assist you on your travels through the bumps, twists and turns of life. We all walk this journey in our own individual ways. Sometimes life can be filled with joy, excitement and hope for what lies around the corner. But for those times when we get knocked off balance and it seems harder to find our way, just having the right person to speak to, helps us regain our footing and continue on our path.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having been licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I earned my degree in 2003 and have been working as a therapist with individual, couples and children and families for more than 15 years. I am open-minded, accepting, and always willing to listen. I draw from a wide variety of styles and techniques, but do not rely on any particular one. I believe we are all unique with our own way of processing the events and experiences of our lives. I am here to help you sort out and work through whatever isn't working well and holding you back from being the highest version of yourself. I believe together we can find more contentment and peace in your life.

My experience working out in the community and in private practice has included clients of all ages and backgrounds with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Recovery, Eating Disorders, Behavioral and Cognitive Difficulties, Relationship Issues, Parenting Difficulties (including foster care and adoption issues) and Abuse and Addictions.

I work with phone and live chat as well as messaging. Feel free to message me anytime as I try to check Better Help twice daily.

Congratulations on taking the most important step in taking care of yourself by reaching out to connect here. I welcome the opportunity to work together and help you discover a way in to the most rewarding relationship of your life...the one with your truest self.

Judy has a way about her that makes me calm. After a session with her I feel as though I can get through all my troubles without any problems. I would recommend her to anyone who has concerns or problems that she can focus on.

Each time I speak with Judy she offers me advice that I can actually use. She listens so well. She guides me and never ever makes me feel silly or embarrassed for feeling a certain way or acting out a certain way. I really trust her with my mind and life.
