About me

I am a licensed therapist in the UK with 6 years of professional work experience. I have helped clients with stress, depression ,anxiety, panic attacks and worked extensively with loss and grief. I also work with attachment issues, abandonment issues, and explore life changes or life goals.I help people enhance their life journey by looking at the past and linking this to present day behaviours. I talk about how to be able to keep calm and create coping strategies for the chaotic world that we live in.

I am a person centred therapist but I also do CBT, DBT, attachment therapy, and work in a creative way with emotions. I have worked with trauma, abuse and ptsd .Trauma based therapy has produced positive outcomes . I work together with the client to create strategies that work for them and which can be used in day to day settings and get good results.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and , compassion. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
