Kelly Giancola, LCMHC
About me
Hello and welcome! I have been a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Vermont since 2021 and have 25+ years of professional work experience in the human service field. My role is to meet you where you are today and assist you in moving forward. Together we will work on the areas of concern that brought you to therapy, and identify positive coping strategies in a structured way using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and effective mindfulness techniques that can help you focus on and move toward your goals. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the areas of life which feel challenging right now. I also believe you are giving yourself a gift by engaging in therapy. I am here to support you in that journey.
