Khamila Ii, LMFT
About me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with 7+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.
People often describe me as supportive, caring, and compassionate , and in sessions i like to add in a dash of humor. Overall my counseling style is pretty laid back and engaged. My focus is on helping you identify your strengths and using them to tackle any obstacles you’re facing along with building skills and processing what is on your mind.
I’m here to help you navigate the tough stuff and provide a safe space where you can be open and honest without any fear of judgment. Remember, reaching out for help is a huge first step, and I’m glad you’re here.
Looking forward to working together!
Warmly,
Khamila Ii, LMFT
