About me

My name is Kiana Woodworth, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of gaining valuable clinical experience working with individuals across all age groups. From children and adolescents to adults and families, I have had the opportunity to provide support and guidance in various settings. These include outpatient mental health clinics, schools, residential facilities, and telehealth-based services. I have developed experience in several areas, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and the treatment of mental health disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in a person-centered therapeutic approach, where I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients. In order to cater to the unique needs of each individual, I integrate various therapeutic techniques into my practice. These include Play Therapy Techniques, Art Therapy Techniques, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have also received training in MATCH and RUBI therapeutic approaches. By utilizing this diverse range of techniques, I aim to empower individuals to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Thank you for taking the time to read this and learn more about my background as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am truly passionate about helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys, and I would be honored to support you or someone you know in this process. Kiana Woodworth, LCPC
