About me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 5 years of experience working as a counselor in California. I have experience working with a number of issues including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship and family conflict, co-parenting, trauma and abuse, OCD, and more. I am comfortable working with individuals, couples, families and group therapy.
I work with clients using a nonjudgemental, warm and compassionate approach. I am interactive with my clients and believe in working collaboratively to achieve their goals. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as a Narrative Therapy Approach. I also have experience with Motivational Interviewing. I will tailor my approach to best fit your needs and treatment goals.
I believe that if you "change your mind, you change your world." I am here to support you in your journey to living your best life. I will ask you questions you've never been asked before and offer a respectful and compassionate approach to your concerns.
