I am licensed in Tennessee with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, PTSD, coping with grief and loss, and anger management. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT therapy modalities and I continue to gain skills via approved training opportunities. I tailor the dialog and treatment plan to meet my clients' unique and specific needs.
