I have twelve years of experience working with adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, grief, substance use disorders, and attachment disorders. I’m honored to walk beside my clients on their journey of recovery, and empathetically utilize positive psychology, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing interventions to help clients evoke change. Lindsey is great! She is SO understanding and understands what I’m trying to say and how I’m feeling even when I don’t know what I’m feeling or how to explain it. She offers real life tools that you can actually use and refer back to when you need to. She is AMAZING! Absolutely love her!
