About me

I am a License Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2018. I have worked with clients with various backgrounds with various concerns and cultures including LGBTQIA+, depression, anxiety, PTSD and relationship issues. I specialize in trauma and Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing (EMDR)

I received my Master's degree in Professional Counseling. I have worked in clinical settings with venturing out to start my own private practice. My primary experience is with LGBTQIA+, addictions, relationship issues, anxiety and depression.

Have you struggled with behaviors that contribute relationship issues? Does anxiety hinder you from experiencing a satisfying lifestyle? Does depression stop you from living a fulfilling life? I am passionate about helping people who struggles with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictions, self esteem, stress, sports performance and trauma. I can help you to move forward towards a happier life.

My therapy style is warm and respectful. My approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
solution focus therapy and motivational interviewing. I believe people need a starting point to start the process of healing. This is where healing begins.
