Lynn is a strong, capable therapist who is able to adjust her treatment style to what is most effective for my recovery. She is warm, empathetic, and a terrific listener, and redirects my concentration toward topics and thought patterns that serve my interpersonal growth. I love working with her and am astounded at the progress we have made, as well as the changes in my life that have resulted as a direct impact of our work together—it's been a steep learning curve, but a powerful trajectory of positive growth and healing from issues that I have not been able to adequately address with former therapists in the same way. Lynn's demeanor is understanding and gentle, and gives me assurance that I can make the requisite changes in my life to live out my dreams, and then some.
