I’ve been doing regular weekly sessions for almost two years, and today is my last day on better help.
Marissa helped survive a very hard phase of my life where I was suffering from Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Attachment issues and Grieving a loss of beloved one.
Throughout those years she always motivated me and she never judged me or made me feel uncomfortable not even once, she was always available through text between sessions and when I needed urgent help, and she never did miss any session or joined late.
So far I can say that I’m so proud that I healed from all of my mental health problems, I’m mindful, I’m grateful and I’m happier than ever.
Thank you Marissa, thanks a ton

Marissa has been amazing. She lets me talk about whatever I want to each session and actually gives me feedback and doesn’t just say simple sentences like “I’m sorry you feel that way” for example.
She has been a tremendous help to my recovery, I still have a long way to go but overall she has been there, given me worksheet (which I love), checks up on me, and genuinely cares.
She is by far the best therapist I have had in person and on Better Help.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
Thank you so much for helping me through my rough times and listening and feeling like a friend.
