Mary is licensed in Virginia with 28 years of counseling experience. As an existentialist and humanist, she welcomes others in exploring their journey and creating a positive way of being. She provides individual, family and couples counseling. She can assist with depression, anxiety, LGBTQI+ related issues, low self-esteem, negative thoughts, illness, loss and letting go of old patterns that no longer fit. She would be honored to meet with you and assist you in moving forward.
