I have had two therapy sessions with Melanie so far, I was extremely nervous about having a connection with my therapist, however, the initial spark and warmth was immediate, I feel heard, respected and supported, I am very happy with Melanie as I find it so easy to open up and communicate with her.
Already I am learning even more about myself in such a calm and beautiful way.
To have somebody to talk to that is professional, non judgemental and unbiased is an absolute blessing and I now don’t feel the need to burden my friends and family with my concerns in life.

She is a good listener and identifies exercises that are pertinent to my needs. Of course, much of the journey is about self-discovery, but it is easy to meander if you do not know where you need to head. Melanie identifies extremely helpful exercises that I can work on, taking the amount of time I need, and this becomes the basis of further exploration during the one on one sessions, which makes the time extremely valuable and productive. I would have spent years trying to figure out issues and developing coping mechanisms by myself - and having someone who can reflect some observations or direct you in an appropriate direction is of immeasurable value in addressing my issues.
