Melissa is incredibly empathetic, experienced and professional. She has a lot of leave behind content that allows you to do self work on your own pace between sessions.
I have learned so much from her in a month and would recommend her to anyone needing someone with empathy, knowledge and emotional intelligence to guide you complex relationships with others and yourself.

Melissa is incredible. Her compassion and understanding clearly shows how truly passionate and dedicated she is to her role. Her level of education is evident with her input and psychoanalyses of my situations and circumstances. Her guidance and support have been life changing for me. I will be sticking with Melissa even if she were to ever leave BetterHelp, which she has no intentions of currently. Love her.

Melissa is great, very easy to talk to, very understanding of my anxiety and always knows what kind of resources to provide me with at the end of our talks. I couldn’t recommend her enough

I recently had the opportunity to work with Melissa. It was my first experience with therapy and she quickly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.
From the very first session, I felt like I was in a safe and supportive environment. Melissa was warm, empathetic, and truly listened to my concerns. She was able to provide me with practical tools and strategies to manage my emotions and conflicts.
One of the things I appreciated most about virtual therapy was the convenience. I was able to attend sessions from the comfort of my own home, which made it easier to fit therapy into my busy schedule. Additionally, I found that I was more relaxed and open during our sessions because I was in a familiar environment.
Overall, I would highly recommend virtual therapy with Melissa to anyone seeking mental health support. My experience has been incredibly positive and I feel like I made significant progress in my personal and professional life thanks to her support.
