I feel so lucky to have been paired with Michelle, someone who listens earnestly and responds with care and empathy. I’ve learned a lot from our sessions, and I’m in awe of her wisdom where her responses and insights always deeply resonate with me. I’ve been able to gain clarity on matters in my life, recognize and begin to unlearn unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors, and overall take it day-by-day with her support. I’m completely comfortable expressing myself without feeling like I’d be judged or shamed, which is very important to me in these types of professional relationships. Also, she is quite understanding and flexible with scheduling, and really cares to work with you, not against you. She’s punctual and available to chat as well! All in all, I won the counseling lottery with her.
