About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina with over 10 years of experience in the counseling field. Before becoming a counselor, I served in the Air Force and Army in the United States. My professional background since serving in the military began at the South Carolina Department of Mental Health where I worked with children, adults, and families. I then transitioned to working with adults and couples as a Military and Family Life Counselor.

I enjoy helping people overcome their challenges with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, or working through other life stressors. While I enjoy providing counseling to individuals, I also enjoy working with couples who seek to improve the quality of their relationship. It takes courage to seek out help for your mental health and the first step can be the hardest part, so you're already off to a great start on your journey. Don't give up.

Nicole has been flexible, conscientious, and understanding. I have a chaotic schedule and chaotic life. I appreciate her ability to connect on my level.
