After switching therapists a few times on this platform I was finally matched with Pamela, and I'm so very grateful that I was. She has been such good support for me, helping me handle my anxiety much better. She's a great listener, and the feedback she gives is always relevant. She asks the right questions to help me sort out my feelings and thoughts, and she's helped me learn to look at things from new perspectives. Whenever I've had a bad day she's been the best support one could have, and she checks up on me to see how I'm doing. She is so very kind and encouraging and also very smart and funny, which sure makes the sessions feel like you're meeting with an old friend. It's been great working with Pamela, and anyone who gets the chance to work with her are very lucky.
