Pauline is great. She really understands how I am feeling even when I struggle to communicate exactly what’s on my mind. The mental exercises and information processing techniques that she has introduced to me has made my life so much more enjoyable. She has given me tools to feel in control of my feelings and it has really helped put my life on a more positive trajectory.
